Priority Inversion

Haikus

Comfort got flagged red
throughput wore a nurse’s coat
the board called it balance

Rest request enters
as a threat to the line graph now
kindness leaves by side door

Priority tree
fruits in the wrong season now
everyone eats thorns

The model weighs care
and somehow chooses output
every single time

Compassion gets marked
high severity blocker
metric sighs with joy

One soft human need
loses to a bright throughput spike
that is the disease

Three doctrines share one
table and starve the gentlest
thing seated there first

Optimization
borrows tenderness’ language
to hide its old knife

If comfort feels like
a risk inside your own shop
the ranking is sick

Charts do not deserve
more mercy than living nerves
yet here we arrive
