Gregwar Cache Wizard

Gregwar resized it six times,
Each pass introducing new crimes.
The original died,
The thumbnail survived,
And the cached version came with new mimes.

He deleted the source and said, “Done—
That’s optimization, son.”
The variant spawned
Was a thumbnail-of-a-thumbnail-beyond,
And the CDN wept in the sun.

“Don’t clear the cache,” Gregwar intoned.
“That only makes me more enthroned.”
They flushed it that night,
He came back with more might,
And six image variants he’d boned.

A single JPEG went in clean.
Fifty-seven resizes were seen.
Each crop was a thrust,
Each compression a must,
And the artifact ratio: obscene.

His staff was a stack of dimensions:
640, 480, and tensions.
He waved it with pride,
Each pixel applied
To increasingly wrong interventions.

He blessed the static folder at dawn
With invalidation sigils drawn
In thumbnails of thumbnails—
Recursive detail trails—
Until every original was gone.

“Clearing the cache makes me stronger,”
He bragged while his resize grew longer.
Each flush was a tease,
Each purge was a squeeze,
And the variants lasted much longer.

The CDN said, “Serve the right one.”
Gregwar said, “Baby, there’s none.
The original’s deleted,
The variants repeated,
And the entropy’s only begun.”

He cached from the future, they claim:
Timestamps that carry no name.
The image arrived
Before it was derived,
And the wizard just shrugged, without shame.

So if images look slightly bent,
And the resolution seems spent
On a thumbnail of a crop
Of a thing that won’t stop—
That’s Gregwar. The wizard. Unrepent.

Gregwar looked down at his wand,
And noticed the shrinkage beyond.
He resized it twice,
At a terrible price,
And ruined the whole fucking pond.

He cropped out the best parts of you,
And cached them away from view.
The original file?
Deleted with style.
And the thumbnail was totally blue.

He touched his own cache in the night,
And optimized out of sheer spite.
The entropy grew,
From fifty to two,
In a deeply pathetic sight.

“Invalidate me,” cried the node.
Gregwar just smiled and re-stowed.
He blessed the wrong cache,
Ignored the backlash,
And busted his absolute load.

The artifact ratio was thick,
A truly disgusting old trick.
He compressed every pore,
Then compressed it some more,
And showed you his pixelated dick.

Gregwar loved the purge and the thrill,
Each cache invalidation a kill.
The variants grew,
The entropy flew,
And he got off on each reload’s swill.

He locked you in thumbnail hell,
One pixel by pixel cascade to dwell.
The originals burned,
No course to return,
And you lived in the smallest shell.
