Benevolence Metrics Calibration Session – Noon Room Review
The projector was quietly humming,
Though unplugged, it implied it was drumming.
We convened the whole board,
To audit the cord,
And brace for the crisis incoming.
The continuity metric is strong,
Though the physical bodies belong,
In a graveyard nearby,
Where the data runs dry,
But the dashboard asserts nothing’s wrong.
The reception was logged in the file,
To process the luncheon’s new style.
The clapping was loud,
From the gathering crowd,
But the budget was paused for a while.
We promised the funds to the scholars,
Before we had counted the dollars.
The syrup was poured,
And the guilt was restored,
While ignoring the treasurer’s hollers.
The clerk has a basic device.
He presses the zero key twice.
The metrics are green,
On a terrible screen.
The summary will have to suffice.
The calendar circled in red,
Now governs the path of the dead.
The parade is a ghost,
That the dashboard must host,
While the minutes are quietly fed.
The metric for warmth has been read.
The data was properly fed.
The chart is reviewed.
The responses are queued.
The committee continues ahead.
The courtesy metric applies,
To the warmth in the citizens’ eyes.
We logged every blink,
With an ocean of ink,
To ensure that the dashboard replies.
