Aesthetic Survival Layer
A weak little workflow got dressed
In the clothes of a system more blessed.
The mismatch was wide,
But the mockup had pride,
So the meeting pronounced it progressed.
They imported a high-status face,
Then applied it to low-status space.
It confused what was true,
But the screenshots looked new,
Which is often accepted as grace.
The surface survived every test,
Though the function was plainly half-dressed.
When the users said, “Wait,”
The review called it state-
Of-the-art compensatory best.
To finalize form number nine,
Proceed to the end of the line.
You hand in the card,
The scanning is hard,
But processing operates fine.
The logic was heavily flawed,
But the interface made us applaud.
It was rapidly passed
Since the renders were fast,
And the underlying code was ignored.
The oven is painted in blue,
To look like a calendar, too.
When the baking is hot,
We pretend that it’s not,
And schedule a meeting for two.
The mockup was carved out of stone,
By founders who wanted a throne.
Now we worship the glyph,
On the edge of the cliff,
While the servers repeatedly groan.
A borrowed aesthetic has failed,
And the structural pillars have paled.
The font was too tall,
For the designated wall,
And the national guard was detailed.
The interface button was round,
Which compromised hallowed ground.
The review was a shock,
To the whole city block,
And the relevant sirens will sound.
The surface legitimacy died,
When the formatting wasn’t applied.
The aesthetic decay,
Must be neutralized today,
Or the council will formally hide.
The category drifted an inch,
Which caused the directors to flinch.
The discrepancy calls,
For a lockdown of halls,
And the tightening up of the winch.
