To bypass the queue at the door.
But the shortcut we drew,
Is the only path through,
And the regular line is no more.

The successor arrived with a gleam,
To streamline the routing regime.
But the habits of old,
Were already enrolled,
And the workaround governs the stream.

The exception was meant for a day,
A temporary filing display.
But the clerks took it in,
As the place to begin,
And the workaround drifted to stay.
