Bin 8C Stabilization Attempt

They returned with a cleaner new plan:
“We’ll restore linear custody, gang.”
Bin 8C took the gear,
Said, “How thoughtful, my dear,”
And incorporated it where it sprang.

Constrained Recursive Custody Index,
Inter-Index Echoes, all prepped.
The drift licked its chops,
Learned the new little props,
And got smarter each time they were stepped.

Stabilization implies
That the object still honors your tries.
This object instead
Took each protocol, fed,
And evolved underneath all your eyes.

The Boundary came back, version two.
The bin said, “A fresh line? How cute.”
Then the line itself slid,
Cross-referenced the lid,
And joined drift as a documented fruit.

Every failure mode logged in the sheet
Made the subsequent failure more sweet.
Because naming the trap
Helps the trap build a map
Of your methods, your hopes, and your feet.

Corrective intent met the wall
Of a system that loves to absorb all.
By the end of the test,
They’d not stabilized best.
They’d just given the drift a nice haul.

The Working Group meant to restore
What “linear” had once been before.
Bin 8C replied,
“That condition has died.
Would you like a retroactive encore?”

Attempt logs are sad little things.
You can hear the defeated text sing:
“We adjusted, deployed,
Then the boundary got joined.”
Like a doctor who feeds the disease wings.

No one was stupid, to be fair.
Some systems are better at snare.
You bring method and frame.
They metabolize same.
And your rigor becomes local air.

So if 8C offers you proof
That the new control almost found roof,
Back away from the bin.
That “almost” is how it lets in
One more measure to live in the truth.
