Materials: Same findings, plus one internal draft.
Exercise: Circle any sentences that could generate a ticket in their draft form but not in the published form.
Debrief: Write “Where does this go now?” in the margin and leave it unanswered.

Week 2 – Absence With Good Optics

Session B1 – Raw vs. Framed Scans

Materials: One raw shelf scan, one reinterpretation, pocket gloss.
Exercise: Map each missing item to its euphemism.
Outcome: Identify at least one absence that now sounds like intention.

Session B2 – Orphan Patience

Materials: Three sequential scan extracts over time.
Exercise: Chart the moment when “orphan” becomes “unit.”
Trainer note: Do not say when out loud. Let the pattern stand.

Week 3 – Bands and Classes

Session C1 – Threshold Migration

Materials: Before/after band definitions, sample incident counts.
Exercise: Recolor the same six months of data under both schemes.
Observation: Notice when red becomes amber without any incident changing.

Session C2 – Success Class Collapse

Materials: Consolidation card, snippet of render log.
Exercise: Label each line as rendered, skipped, or placeholder; then relabel all as processed.
Question (rhetorical): “What did we gain?” No answer required.

Week 4 – Over‑Coherence Exposure

Session D1 – Clean Story

Materials: One over‑coherent specimen from the Vault.
Exercise: Read in silence. Mark any sentence that feels too certain.
Reflection: Each clerk writes a one-line note, “What is missing here?” and files it as personal.

Session D2 – Rough Story

Materials: Any fragment with visible disagreement or unresolved notes.
Exercise: Compare the feeling of reading this to D1.
Final instruction: “The archive needs both. Remember which one feels more like your week.”

Attendance is recorded as present, excused, or deferred presence.
Deferred presence indicates the clerk will learn this by living it before returning to the Annex.

Records do not formally distinguish between those three states in aggregate reports.

We marked them as such,
Without thinking too much,
And the form is remarkably clear.

So we labeled it night,
