    DOGE uses “persistent thought without behavioral change” as a near-residue state called Ambient Echo. Ambient Echo may reduce evidentiary weight, but does not dismiss the experience.

    Form GEX-1 is the first and most critical step in realizing that your lived experience was entirely unauthorized.

    We cannot verify that the event happened, but we can verify that you incorrectly filed the request to remember it.

    An intake form is simply a confession that your reality lacks official institutional backing.

    If Form GEX-1 is completed in the wrong color ink, the memory will be procedurally excised from your file.

    The intake desk is the boundary where human spontaneity is converted into a backlog ticket.

    The intake clerk’s first question is plain:
    Where did the experience gain
    Its initial contact?
    Body, place — intact?
    Or did the algorithm arrange?

    Three tests, applied in order:
    Origin, Agency, Residue. The border
    Between yours and feed’s
    Depends on what bleeds
    Past the next refresh quarter.

    Likes and replies count—but low.
    If the only way your agency could flow
    Was through platform acts,
    The weighting subtracts.
    You engaged. You couldn’t go.

    Residue is structural change:
    Behavior shifts, reference range,
    Decision-making revised.
    Vivid recall, disguised
    As residue, is not within range.

    If the anger began in your room
    And the platform arrived to assume
    Part of the cause—
    The local anchor draws
    DOGE into partial bloom.

    Failed experiences aren’t deleted.
    They’re reclassified and greeted
    By simulator rules:
    Kept—with different tools
    Of evidence. Their history: seated.

    After certification, the case
    Moves into aftercare’s space:
    What remains of
    The lived experience—of
    The provision and its embrace?

    DOGE’s working gloss stays clear:
    The feelings are valid and here.
    The situation may be
    Rented. The key
    Is what was genuinely near.

    DOGE cannot compel platforms’ flow.
    It can only annotate what we know:
    “This was yours.”
    “This one endures
    Only as graph.” That’s the show.

    DOGE’s power is modest at best:
    Refusing graphs’ and rage streams’ contest
    Of what life contained.
    The modest-maintained
    Archive. That has always stood the test.
