    Score interpretation

    • 90–100 — CERTIFIED GENUINE
      Experience is fully certified as lived. Eligible as emotional evidence in cross-directive proceedings, subject to normal Lorelog relevance.

    • 70–89 — CERTIFIED WITH ANNOTATION
      Genuine, with noted provenance qualifications. Evidence weight reduced in disputes where origin or agency is central to the claim.

    • 50–69 — AMBIENT ECHO
      Near-genuine state. The experience is recognized as subjectively real, but its origin or residue is ambiguous. Suitable as context, not as primary causal evidence.

    • 30–49 — FEED-ADJACENT ARTIFACT
      Experience may have real effects; origin cannot be certified as local. Eligible for resubmission under GEX-2R with additional provenance data.

    • Below 30 — SIMULATOR WEATHER
      Origin confirmed as external, routed through platform logic. Feelings are not invalidated. Provenance is recorded as non-local.

    Staff guidance on Simulator Weather

    Simulator Weather is not a ruling that the filer “overreacted” or that their hurt was imaginary.

    It is a ruling that the environment was engineered.

    DOGE records this distinction because the archive has learned that platform routes and local lives produce different kinds of evidence, even when the same nervous system is doing its best in both.

    The scoring rubric ensures that an event is only as genuine as the stamps required to authorize it.

    A memory with poor provenance weighting will be systematically degraded until it becomes a hallucination.

    In version 2.3 of the rubric, nostalgia is penalized for lacking a clear audit trail.

    If your joy scores below a 4 on the weighting table, you must immediately return it to the provisioning clerk.

    The rubric does not measure the experience; it measures the applicant’s ability to submit to the rubric.

    DOGE Provenance Rubric

    Test One: where did it begin?
    Was the filer already in
    Contact with body
    And place? Or was anybody
    Else’s algorithm the pin?

    If the only identifiable start
    Is “the algorithm played its part”—
    Reduced origin weight.
    Simulator candidate state.
    The experience: rented, not art.

    Could the filer alter the course,
    Duration, outcome—apply force?
    Leaving counts.
    Refusing amounts
    To agency. Reacting: lower source.

    Likes and replies: engagement, yes.
    Agency: lower. Can’t suppress
    Or meaningfully leave?
    That counts—relieve
    The filer. Not lower—less.

    Not vivid recall—structural.
    Behavior, reference, factual
    Shifts in decision-making:
    That’s residue taking
    Hold. Emotional: not actual.

    Strong emotion, no behavioral trace
    After the next refresh’s grace:
    High-intensity feed
    Artifact. The creed:
    The hurt is real. Not certified in space.

    All three may pass. Or only one.
    Or none. The rubric isn’t done
    With classifying—
    Just categorizing
    What the filed experience won.

    The result determines class.
    Not whether feelings surpass
    Or qualify as true.
    DOGE doesn’t construe
    What feelings mean. Just their mass.

    Simulator classes aren’t erased.
    They’re preserved—differently placed
    Under different rules
    Of evidence. The tools:
    Different. The records: still traced.

    The rubric is not a high court.
    It is a modest-sized fort
    For refusing to let
    Graphs be the debt
    Of what a life’s experience bought.
