The unit confirmed that ordinary work was occurring elsewhere, on another cadence, or in a form not scheduled to become visible during the witness window. No additional demonstration was requested.

    The witness team therefore evaluated document control, prior corrective closure discipline, version hygiene, and staff fluency with scope language.
