    The requesting team was advised to resubmit through normal channels or return if conditions became more operationally obvious. They did return, later, with degraded service, visible confusion, and worse documentation.

    The second request was approved unanimously. Minutes record this as a regrettable but procedurally legible outcome.

    Then the board said, “At last,

    And approved what they’d punished at first.

    There once was a fix, well-prepared,
    With a calm little risk note attached there.
    But till systems all smoked
    And the whole service choked,
    It was not an emergency, declared.

    A ticket submitted in haste,
    Was found to be cleanly encased.
    The board read the file,
    Reviewing the style,
    And deemed the emergency misplaced.

    The notes were devoid of a flaw,
    Which violated the governance law.
    A well-structured plea
    Is a terror to see,
    Deploy the armed guards to the draw.

    The server was burning quite bright,
    Which proved the deployment was right.
    The smoke in the hall,
    From the ash-covered wall,
    Ensured the compliance was tight.

    If documents look like a mess,
    We just give the button a press.
    A readable plan
    Goes into the can,
    It saves us procedural stress.

    The rollback was documented well,
    With diagrams drafted to tell.
    The board read the text,
    And became quite perplexed,
    And denied the request as a shell.

    A typo was found in the risk,
    A threat both profound and quite brisk.
    The board called a guard,
    And locked down the yard,
    And filed it away on a disk.

    The emergency entered the queue,
    With nothing whatever to do.
    We checked the first box,
    And adjusted the clocks,
    And deleted the rest of it too.

    The form for the crisis was blue,
    With sections for me and for you.
    It went to the tray,
    At the end of the day,
    And stayed there the whole weekend through.
