Queue Theatre
Queue Theatre governs the condition in which intake, acknowledgment, and progress surfaces continue behaving as if handling remains active after execution depth has become weak, displaced, or absent.

Signs of handling begin to function as partial substitutes for handling itself.
QTHR-4 Inherited staging
