    Biography

    Seal of Maybe Enough was birthed during the Q3 Backlog Crisis when unresolved dispute threatened to lock the registry. It resides in the narrow legal climate between failure and confidence. It does not bless excellence, resolution, or genuine settlement. Its failure signature preserves the institutional habit of converting unresolved debate into administratively durable sufficiency to avoid operational collapse. It specializes in the thinner miracle by which a condition too disputed to celebrate and too expensive to fix is nevertheless allowed to continue under formal mark.

    Distinction

    Seal of Maybe Enough governs provisional sufficiency. LC-04 governs archival comfort, CE-5 governs endorsement overgrowth, and AC-11 governs nested recognition. When the archive needs to answer was this officially enough?, the Seal is the mascot of record. It is not a blessing; it is an administrative truce.

    Its appearances are easy to recognize once the archive has taught the eye. A packet arrives carrying concern, objections, witness notes, or annexed residue. The room cannot honestly call the matter good. It also cannot bear to keep the matter fully open.
